Integrity Building Systems (IBS) will appeal to clients who appreciate the clean, convenient, time saving, and environmentally sensitive approach to construction. IBS will continually innovate to remain at the leading edge of the industry.

Customers will call and get fast, convenient service at reasonable prices from polite, clean, friendly people who provide knowledgeable, attentive, and professional service. Customers will feel comfortable and confident.

IBS will be systemized to perform the work in a consistent manner. The plant will be clean and efficient. Inspective procedures will be consistent, thorough, and honest. Office personnel will be well organized, have excellent telephone skills, knowledgeable about the SUPs and quick to assist and resolve problems. Personnel will follow exactly the same procedures on the job site.

IBS seeks input from employees to create a pleasant team atmosphere that will emphasize service, friendliness and above all, customer satisfaction.

Executive Summary:

1. We are the only ICC/IAS licensed SIPs wall fabricating plant in the country (International Code Council/International Accreditation Service).
2. We are certified to use various skin combinations for our wall panels.
3. We have a certified Realtor, General Contractor, Florida Green Auditor, Financial Advisor, and Wall Panel Installer onsite.
4. Through our general contracting company, we also have Service Disabled Vetern Operating Business status.
5. Our Quality Control criteria requires cradle to project specific records.
6. We can produce enough panels to complete 4, 1200 square feet homes in a 12 hour period with three men.
7. The external wall installation for a 1500 square foot building requires 3 men, one 8 hour day to complete. The entire house can be dried-in over 5 days.
8. Integrity's panels are the only RSIPs panels on the market. R stands for reinforced. This allows them to be wind loaded above 200 mile per hour winds using today's common strapping systems.
9. Integrity wall panels are GREEN and receive government credits when used.
